Scholarship Golf Outing

Join us at the 19th Annual Scholarship Golf Outing! All proceeds from the events benefit the Alliance Scholarship Fund, which provides several scholarships to college-bound children of eligible Alliance Members. 

There are many ways to participate; form a team of 4, come as an individual, or get your company involved by participating as a sponsor! You're sure to enjoy a great day of networking, perfecting your aim & fun! 

Please remember that your registration not only pays for your golf, lunch, and refreshments, but it also covers the cost of the outing and raises money for our Scholarship Fund. If you aren't able to participate in the event and would still like to be involved, you can also make a donation to our Scholarship Fund! Golf Outing - The Legends Golf Club - 2555 Hurricane Rd, Franklin, IN 46131 

• Registration starts at 11:00am / Tee Time: 12:00pm (lunch included: 12:00pm-1:30pm) 
• Cost: $150 individual / $560 foursome 
• Dress Code: collared shirt, soft spikes

Cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations after September 12, 2024.

New Sponsorship Packages! 

Platinum Golf Sponsor ($1,900) – You will be recognized as a Platinum Golf Sponsor on signage & our golf cart flyer.   3 available 

Your sponsorship includes: 

• 1 foursome team with Mulligans 

• Golf Outing Welcome Gift Sponsorship (AIRW will provide gift for each golfer)

• Exclusive hole sponsorship with ability to set up a tent at the hole 

• $100 discount of a second foursome team 

• Direct scholarship donation of $625 

Gold Golf Sponsor ($1,200) - You will be recognized as a Gold Golf Sponsor on signage & our golf cart flyer.  5 available 

Your sponsorship includes: 

• 1 foursome team with Mulligans 

• Hole sponsorship 

• $100 discount of a second foursome team 

• Direct scholarship donation of $425 

Silver Golf Sponsor ($1,000) - You will be recognized as a Silver Golf Sponsor on signage & our golf cart flyer. 10 available 

Your sponsorship includes: 

• 1 foursome team with Mulligans 

• Hole sponsorship 

• $100 discount of a second foursome team 

• Direct scholarship donation of $225 

Beverage & Snack Cart Sponsor ($500) - Keep our participants hydrated with alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages as well as snacks! You will be recognized as a beverage cart sponsor on signage & our golf cart flyer. A company representative may drive the beverage cart. Sponsor must provide an assortment of snacks for their cart.  Only 4 available. 

Lunch Sponsor ($500) - Fuel our participants while they golf with lunch from The Legendary Kitchen Food Truck. You will be recognized as a lunch sponsor on signage & our golf cart flyer. 

Hole Sponsor ($175) - Sponsor a hole! You will be recognized with signage at a designated hole. 30 available. 

Direct Scholarship Donation ($100) - Provide an additional donation towards our Scholarship Fund.  Your additional donation will be recognized on signage.
