Mobile App Sponsorships
Get your company logo or custom ad prominently displayed on our conference mobile app, directly linked to your website. For just $475, your ad will appear on each attendee's app screen throughout the event, ensuring maximum exposure. The mobile app is a key tool for our attendees to stay organized, view their schedule, and access important event details, making it the perfect place for your brand to be seen!
Exhibit Service Kit
Click here for the Exhibitor Service Kit. Smith Expo is the official decorator for our event and will be providing all the pipe and drape set up, as well as all shipping services & any additional exhibitor services you might need.
Each booth comes with a 6' spandex skirted table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket (upon request), and an ID sign. (The Exhibit Hall is carpeted.)

Love our Conference T-shirts? Now you can get one of your own! Conference T-shirts are available for purchase at just $15. To order, simply add the Conference T-shirt option along with quantity during your registration and specify the sizes you need. Your T-shirts will be waiting for you at your booth!

Name Badges / Registration Packets
To reduce traffic and congregating at the information / registration desk, your company's registration packet with name badges will be in your exhibit booth. We will send you a map and a booth number prior to the conference. Staff will be assisting in the Exhibit Hall as well.
Exhibit Hall BINGO
Exhibit Hall BINGO – Let's Have Some Fun! Each exhibitor will receive an assigned BINGO number on their exhibitor packet, which can be found at their booth along with a BINGO dabber or stamp. When an attendee visits your booth, simply stamp the corresponding square on their BINGO board. It's that easy! Attendees who complete their entire BINGO board will be entered into a drawing for a grand prize, while those who partially fill their board will be entered into a second drawing for additional prizes. We encourage all exhibitors to donate a prize for the BINGO drawings. Whether it's lunch vouchers, gift cards, fun prizes, or something creative like a pizza party, your donation will help make the event exciting and memorable. To donate a prize, please email
Kristen Henley . The Exhibit Hall BINGO drawing will take place prior to the WaterPAC Raffle on Thursday at 12:15pm. This is a great opportunity to engage with attendees and drive traffic to your booth.
WaterPAC Raffle
The WaterPAC Raffle (previously called the Sportsman's Raffle) is a major traffic driver to the Exhibit Hall, and this year, vendors can increase their visibility and engagement by participating in a new opportunity. For a $250 donation, you'll receive not only a chance to support the event, but also two sheets of raffle tickets (engagement tickets) featuring your company name/logo. As a donor, you will receive a total of 64 logoed raffle tickets to hand out to attendees who engage with you at your booth. Your company & booth number will also be highlighted on signage at the raffle table. This means attendees will know you are part of the exciting raffle experience! The raffle drawing will take place at 12:15pm on Thursday in the Exhibit Hall, with the Grand Prize drawing requiring you to be present to win. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from the raffle will benefit the National Water PAC fund, helping to ensure rural water and wastewater issues are represented in Washington, DC.
