Continuing Education Hours / Sessions
This conference offers tracks for water, wastewater, and administrative topics, but you have the flexibility to attend classes across different tracks. To receive credit for attending the classes, it is important to have your name badge scanned both at the beginning and at the end of each session. Attendees can earn up to 11.5 continuing education hours for both water and wastewater licenses. Please note that partial credit will not be given if you join a class that is already in progress. The full event schedule will be released in the near future.

 

Additional Classes
New this year, the conference will feature additional sessions. These sessions will be offered at various times across the wastewater, water, and administrative tracks. These sessions are open to all attendees, providing an additional opportunity for learning and engagement.

 

Name Badges / Registration Packets
If you register by Tuesday, February 18, we will be mailing your name badges in advance of the conference. CEU forms will be available in the classrooms. Also, only a limited number of printed programs will be available on-site throughout the venue. So, make sure to download the conference mobile app & bring your name badge with you to the event.

 

Mobile App
Make sure you download the Conference App! The app has become very important over the years. It will provide you with the latest updates about our event, keeping you informed and connected. Use this app to access resources, network with other attendees, share your experience at our event & participate in giveaways! To download the app, search "Alliance Conference" in the App Store or in the Google Play Store. App will be available soon!

 

Prizes & Gifts
Included with your registration packet will be several tickets. One will be for you to claim your free conference T-shirt in the Exhibit Hall during breaks at the Alliance booth. Another will be a free ticket you can use for the Sportsman's Raffle. The third one will be for a drawing for an Amazon Fire HD Tablet! Tickets for the drawing should be deposited in the marked bins Thursday morning during breakfast.

 

Exhibit Hall BINGO
As you venture through the Exhibit Hall, take the chance to win amazing prizes! Start by grabbing a BINGO sheet at the entrance. Each vendor booth will be designated with a unique BINGO number, aligning with squares on your card. Simply present your card to vendors as you explore, and they'll stamp the corresponding square. It's that easy! Fill your entire board for a shot at winning big! Didn't entirely complete your BINGO board? No worries! You're still eligible for one of our other drawings! BINGO winners will be drawn just before Thursday's WaterPAC Raffle at 12:15 pm.

 

WaterPAC Raffle - Benefiting WaterPAC
The WaterPAC Raffle will be in the Exhibit Hall; featuring amazing prizes you don't want to miss out on! Make sure to redeem your free ticket from your registration packet! The raffle drawings will begin at 12:15pm on Thursday in the Exhibit Hall. You must be present to win the Grand Prize only. Raffle proceeds go to the National Water PAC fund to make sure rural water and wastewater is represented in Washington DC.

 

Awards of Excellence Luncheon
We will honor the best of the best in our industry on Wednesday at our Awards of Excellence Luncheon. Don't miss this opportunity to celebrate all the hard work your peers have been doing throughout the state, while enjoying a delicious lunch.

Ultimate Meter Challenge by Zenner USA
This competition is to test and measure individuals; how quickly, totally, and accurately can they assemble a working meter. All parts will be assembled to the diagram given, meter will be tested for leaks, meter will be disassembled to ensure it was assembled properly and no parts are missing. The competition will take place Wednesday and Thursday in the Exhibit Hall. Click here for more competition info and registration.

 

"Best Tasting Water in Indiana" Taste Test presented by Wessler Engineering
Our first 2025 regional water taste test will take place during breakfast on Thursday, March 13. A panel of judges will be selected to rate samples based on taste, odor, and clarity. The winner of this taste test will advance to compete in the “Best Tasting Water in Indiana” at our annual Fall Conference in Fort Wayne, IN. Click here for more info and registration.

Smith Expo is the official decorator for our event and will be providing all the pipe and drape set up, as well as all shipping services & any additional exhibitor services you might need. Each booth comes with a 6' spandex skirted table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket (upon request), and an ID sign. (The Exhibit Hall is carpeted.)

Name Badges / Registration Packets
To reduce traffic and congregating at the information / registration desk, your company's registration packet with name badges will be in your exhibit booth. We will send you a map and a booth number prior to the conference. Staff will be assisting in the Exhibit Hall as well.

 

Exhibit Hall BINGO
Exhibit Hall BINGO – Let's Have Some Fun! Each exhibitor will receive an assigned BINGO number on their exhibitor packet, which can be found at their booth along with a BINGO dabber or stamp. When an attendee visits your booth, simply stamp the corresponding square on their BINGO board. It's that easy! Attendees who complete their entire BINGO board will be entered into a drawing for a grand prize, while those who partially fill their board will be entered into a second drawing for additional prizes. We encourage all exhibitors to donate a prize for the BINGO drawings. Whether it's lunch vouchers, gift cards, fun prizes, or something creative like a pizza party, your donation will help make the event exciting and memorable. To donate a prize, please email Kristen Henley . The Exhibit Hall BINGO drawing will take place prior to the WaterPAC Raffle on Thursday at 12:15pm. This is a great opportunity to engage with attendees and drive traffic to your booth.

 

WaterPAC Raffle
The WaterPAC Raffle (previously called the Sportsman's Raffle) is a major traffic driver to the Exhibit Hall, and this year, vendors can increase their visibility and engagement by participating in a new opportunity. For a $250 donation, you'll receive not only a chance to support the event, but also two sheets of raffle tickets (engagement tickets) featuring your company name/logo. As a donor, you will receive a total of 64 logoed raffle tickets to hand out to attendees who engage with you at your booth. Your company & booth number will also be highlighted on signage at the raffle table. This means attendees will know you are part of the exciting raffle experience! The raffle drawing will take place at 12:15pm on Thursday in the Exhibit Hall, with the Grand Prize drawing requiring you to be present to win. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from the raffle will benefit the National Water PAC fund, helping to ensure rural water and wastewater issues are represented in Washington, DC.
