Continuing Education Hours / Sessions
This conference offers three tracks to meet your needs - water, wastewater & administrative. You can, however, choose to go to classes in different tracks. In order to receive credit for attending classes, you will need to have your app/name badge scanned prior to each class and at the end of each class. You will be able to earn up to 10 continuing education hours for both water & wastewater licenses. Partial credit will not be given if you come into a class that's already in progress. Full Event Schedule will be out by mid January.

 

Additional Admin Classes
In addition to our water and wastewater sessions, utility managers, board members, clerks and office personnel will have a full administrative track available to them.

 

Name Badges / Registration Packets
Registration packet and name badges will be available onsite at the registration desk. CEU forms will be available in the back of classrooms. Also, a limited number of printed programs will be available onsite at the registration desk.

 

NEW + IMPROVED! Mobile App
Make sure you download the Conference App!   Coming soon...   The app has become very important over the years. It will provide you with the latest updates about our event, keeping you informed and connected. Use this app to access resources, network with other attendees, and share your experience at our event. BONUS! When you are active on the app by competing various tasks, you'll rack up points. The top three attendees with the most points at 3:00pm on Thursday will win a prize!

 

Prizes & Gifts
Included with your registration packet will be several tickets.  One will be for you to claim your free conference t-shirt in the Exhibit Hall, during breaks at the Alliance booth.  Another will be a free ticket you can use for the Sportsman's Raffle. The third one will be for a drawing for the latest Amazon Fire HD! Fire ticket should be deposited in the marked bins Thursday morning during breakfast. 

 

Sportsman's Raffle - Benefiting Water PAC
The Sportsman's Raffle will be in the exhibit hall; featuring amazing prizes you don't want to miss out on! Make sure to redeem your free ticket from your registration packet! The raffle drawings will begin at 12:15pm on Thursday in the Exhibit Hall. You must be present to win the Grand Prize only. Raffle proceeds go to the National Water PAC fund to make sure rural water and wastewater is represented in Washington DC. 

 

Awards of Excellence Luncheon
We will honor the best of the best in our industry on Wednesday at our Awards of Excellence Luncheon. Don't miss this opportunity to celebrate all the hard work your peers have been doing throughout the state, while enjoying a delicious plated lunch.

Regional Water Taste Test
Our first regional taste test will be held at the Spring Conference. Systems may choose to compete in ANY of the regional competitions. Submissions MUST NOT have any major violations of bacteriological testing or chemical monitoring for two years prior to the Taste Test. Winners from each region will advance to compete in the “Best Tasting Water in Indiana” at our annual Fall Conference in Fort Wayne, IN. For only $400 get your logo or an ad and a link through to your website in the mobile app. Your company logo or an ad you design will pop up on each attendee's app screen throughout the conference. The mobile app has become a staple for our attendees to keep track of their schedule and find information.

 

Exhibit Service Kit
Click here for the Exhibitor Service Kit.   Smith Expo is the official decorator for our event and will be providing all the pipe and drape set up, as well as all shipping services & any additional exhibitor services you might need. Each booth comes with a 6' spandex skirted table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket (upon request), and an ID sign. (The exhibit hall is carpeted.)

 

Exhibit Hall Hours 
We are planning to allow attendees to enter the exhibit hall before their first classes on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Staggering the morning classroom sessions allows for longer stretches of time you'll see attendees are in the exhibit hall! Wednesday: 7:30am - 11:15am & 1:00pm - 5:30pm; Thursday: 7:00am - 12:30pm

Name Badges / Registration Packets
Your company's registration packet with name badges will be in your exhibit booth. We will send you a map and a booth number prior to the conference. Also, a map & staff will be outside of the exhibit hall as well.

 

Sportsman's Raffle 
YES, we are once again planning to have the Sportsman's Raffle in the exhibit hall!  This is a huge traffic driver through and to the exhibit hall. We are accepting donations to assist with purchasing these prizes & the grand prize. We are counting on your contribution of $100 or more. You’ll get recognition for your donation via signage at the raffle tables. Every attendee will receive one free raffle ticket upon registration, and can purchase additional tickets in the exhibit hall.  Vendors are welcomed to participate in the raffles as well! The raffle drawings will begin at 12:15pm on Thursday in the Exhibit Hall. You must be present to win the Grand Prize only. A portion of the raffle proceeds go to the National WaterPAC fund to make sure rural water and wastewater is represented in Washington DC.
