Since 2002, National Water Services has transformed from a water supply specialist company into a comprehensive water infrastructure leader

Since 2002, National Water Services (NWS) has transformed from a water supply specialist company into a comprehensive water infrastructure leader. Their dedication to reliable solutions has earned clients' trust across nine states, from Indiana to the Gulf Coast.
From plant maintenance to distribution and treatment, National Water Services prides itself on being a one-stop solution for anything related to water and wastewater. Their services span ten states, with offices strategically located to serve clients from Indiana to the Gulf of Mexico. With a dedicated team of over 115 employees, the company has experienced steady growth, expanding its footprint and capabilities year after year and planning to continue growing.
Owner William K. Reynolds is the driving force behind National Water Services, infusing the company with a personal touch. Despite being in his 80s, Mr. Reynolds remains actively engaged in day-to-day operations as the CEO, demonstrating a relentless commitment to the company and its customers, reflecting his deep dedication and passion for the business.
Mr. Reynolds's continued presence in the company embodies a lifetime of knowledge and a deep-rooted passion for the industry. His hands-on approach and well-crafted partnerships have been instrumental in shaping National Water Services into the success story it is today.
The rapid growth that NWS has experienced proves the quality of work and dedicated professionals at National Water Services. It results from years of commitment to excellence and a focus on creating long-term customers and a national family. Mr. Reynolds's vision and dedication have driven the company's success.
Tony Alley, Director of Sales for Indiana and Kentucky, emphasizes NWS's belief in investing in cutting-edge technology, such as HVI (High-Velocity Injection Method), which has revolutionized well rehabilitation processes. While discussing tank cleans, Mr. Alley said, "When we go in with this HVI method, sometimes we bring the well back better than it was originally." Focusing on quality equipment and continuous improvement, National Water Services consistently delivers exceptional client results.
One of National Water Services' defining points is its ability to take a project from inception to completion. They conduct hydrology studies, test drilling, and install production wells, offering a complete package to their clients. Moreover, the company's commitment to standing behind its warranties sets it apart from the competition. Regardless of the issue, National Water Services ensures its clients receive the support they need, even beyond the standard one-year warranty period.
One of the company's most notable achievements is securing a multi-year contract worth tens of millions of dollars for a groundwater project in Memphis, Tennessee. This project showcases National Water Services' expertise in drilling multiple wells and maintaining existing water infrastructure. Additionally, their use of the HVI technology has garnered widespread acclaim, with clients experiencing improved well performance beyond expectations.
Beyond the technical aspects, National Water Services is defined by its relationship-driven approach. Employees like Tony, with their team, are not just salesmen but problem solvers who build lasting client relationships. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and commitment to excellence are evident in every project they undertake.
In addition to their remarkable work in the field, National Water Services is committed to giving back to the community. They actively support organizations like the Alliance, recognizing the value of networking and collaboration in driving industry innovation. At the Alliances Spring Conference, NWS co-sponsors a conference kick-off party that is a fan favorite. They explained that the event started as a way to meet and connect with the membership and has grown over the years from a small get-together to hundreds getting together to be almost like a family reunion.
As National Water Services continues to grow and expand its reach, one thing remains constant: a steadfast commitment to providing top-notch water solutions and exceeding client expectations every step of the way. With its blend of expertise, innovation, and dedication, National Water Services is poised to shape the future of water management.
