Morning Session:

This course provides a comprehensive understanding of pump systems, common operational problems, and effective troubleshooting techniques machinal and electrical. Participants will learn to identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to centrifugal and positive displacement pumps. The course covers topics such as cavitation, seal failures, misalignment, vibration analysis, and pressure fluctuations.

Afternoon Session:

This hands-on training class will cover basic repair that will allow operators to properly use and repair peristaltic pumps. For this training class we will use the Stenner mobile training van that will allow us to demonstrate pumps and provide service repair training on old pumps.  It is encouraged for operators to bring old and non-working Stenner Classic pumps that need repair.  We will use the pumps to give operators real-life hands repair experience.
